Home sweet home…

I’ve been away, at my best friend’s and my parents’ for 4 days, with limited access to The Internets in the meanwhile.

Although it can be much fun to visit, it is always nice to head back home, and the sun made things even more pleasant today… I hope you’ll enjoy the view from my seat in the car…

A warm thank you to all of you who sent messages the past couple of days! I have tried to answer a couple of you, but I had to postpone much of my writing back. I’ll take care of that this evening, while enjoying the company of Miss Freja again, and eating comfort food leftovers from our trip in Trois-RiviΓ¨res!

  1. so glad you are back and rested…now…you really need to do something about this cold air that you sent for Christmas. While we here in the central states of the us are much appreciative of the cold for our holidays…we are now totally sick and tired of it. So, if you would kindly just suck this air on outta here we’d really really like it!

    1. I have already sent a memo to Mr Frost to suck the freezing air back in Canada… I think my|your wish has been granted because we’re supposed to have a super cold week!

Let me know if there is still glacial weather lingering in your town… πŸ˜‰ *big hug*

      1. well, sweetie? I am pretty sure your giant vacuum has the hose on the wrong end… sucking going on around here. altho…no never mind. It is now colder than it was and the thermometer has frozen solid at 6 degrees F. Snuggling has become an art form for the dogs…both have their holiday sweater on and refuse to let me undress them. They are inside after all.

    1. Thank you Biff! It was a long way back home, with all the Boxing Day shoppers on the road, but I can enjoy the comfort of my pjs again, and catch up on everything that’s been going on while I was only half there πŸ™‚

      1. I agree! Coming back to the apartment just calls for putting on pjs and feeling the cozy feeling of being home! It might look lazy for some, I just like the comfortable feeling…. With a little luck, someday, I’ll get to work writing from home in my favorite pajamas πŸ™‚

      1. I gave that a thought or two… I’ve scheduled posts already on days I knew I wouldn’t be home to work on my blog, and I think building a little “reserve” of posts to be able to concentrate on more interesting pieces is a good idea…

Work in progress, I guess. Thanks for the advice, I just might use it more in a near future πŸ™‚ xx

      2. Hi Cyranny, I’m happy to explain. Please excuse the delay!
