Since my entire family is in Florida, I won’t be attending the Trolls Easter dinner. “Aw, Shucks!”
So, in other words, no plans at all. How about you? What are you doing ?
Yes.Tomorrow we will drive to my daughter’s house, a drive of just under two hours, and celebrate with her and her family (husband Tom, Tom’s parents sister, our daughters son and Tom’s two daughters) It is a blended family and full of fun . We will drive home tired but happy. I am taking a vegan alternative to the turkey as Toms Mother is a vegetarian and so she likes the vegan meatballs which are rice, walnuts and red kidney beans. I also make a vegan gravy to go with it. I am not vegan but I will eat the meat balls with her.
