What skill or talent would you like to master overnight? Would you want to make money out of it, or just enjoy being good at it?
I am not the first blogger to start a ”Question of the day” series. I used to participate to Danny’s Let me ask you a question posts regularly, but since he has almost stopped pubishing them, I thought I’d give it a go. We’ll see if I stick to it, depending on the answers I get!

Although I would love to improve all of my construction skills, to be more useful as an international volunteer…
…I am thinking that I would love to become a master needle-worker. I would love to be able to make, repair and make alterations to clothing, curtains, Roman blinds, upholstery etc. There is a big demand locally for skilled tailors who can repair and alter clothes and curtains.

Oh, if this could only happen overnight…. I would love to become an author/poet. Naturally, I’d love to be paid (who wouldn’t?) And… Of course I would love to be good at it. However, this is one of those questions that leads me to a pipe dream. LOL!!! 😊

I would love to master the ability to play a musical instrument, either a piano or a guitar. Purely for my own amusement, of course.

What rugby843 said. I would love to be fluent on other languages and I would seek employment as an interpreter, which I understand can be quite lucrative.

The art of counselling, Graphic designing, website designing, programming of computer languages, learn to speak and understand fluent french and many other things. I have quite a big list.

I would love to learn how to do metal engraving and inlays. The craftsmanship I have seen by some master engravers is incredible. Here are a couple samples.
