I was waiting to share Dale’s blog tomorrow, for my “Nombril de semaine” post. But the rascal surprised me with this post just half an hour ago, and now, I just can’t wait!
Dale paints beautiful portraits from pictures, with a style that really speaks to me! I encouraged him to try and sell his work. I also mentionned being interested in having my own Dale version of a Mads Mikkelsen portrait, and he got to it right to it! I am so excited, and honored that someone would so kindly use their talent to please my obsessed-self 😉

MADS MIKKELSON VERY ROUGH. COULDN’T GET IT RIGHT, MY PRINTER IS OUT OF INK, SO HAD TO WORK STRAIGHT OFF THE COMPUTER. CAN’T EXACTLY HOLD IT CLOSE ENOUGH TO GET A TRUE LIKENESS. IT’S ONLY POSTCARD SIZE, SO NEED TO STUDY IT MINUTELY. WILL FINISH IT PROPERLY WHEN MY INK ARRIVES FOR THE PRINTER. DALE
