Cadavre exquis – Take 2 / Follow up

Happy Sunday, Lovelies!

First of all, I hope you are all enjoying a nice weekend!

When I woke up this morning, I was overwhelmed by the very impressive response to my offer to play Cadavre Exquis! You guys are amazing!

As I mentionned yesterday, for our first attempt back in October of 2017, five of us played along. Since I posted my new invitation, the list has already added up to twelve people (including myself, of course)! I am stunned!

Since I got some confirmations by email, and some through my last post’s comments, here is the list of people already participating. If you want to join, there is still time, and just let me know, so I can add you!

Since it could get messy keeping track of things this week… I decided that I’ll take new requests to participate until midnight, Montréal time. (this means you still have about 8 hours to send me a little note!)

I am getting ready to send Count Gustaf his sentence, since he’ll be the first to play… And I can’t wait to see what we’ll come up with!

  6. You might have to explain the rules again to the old dude.
    Is it just one paragraph each? Some of my paragraphs are really short.

    Like this one.

    But some of them go in for an eternity.
    The short ones are normally better.

    1. I’d say somewhere between 50 and 200 words (flexible… I am not making strict rules here) and your part can be one or several paragraphs, as you feel it 🙂

  7. I have a similar question. Are we supposed to write ONE paragraph beginning with the line you send us? Can it be more than one paragraph? Any word limits? Just wanna make sure I’m coloring within the lines.

    1. Hehehe I was thinking something between 50 and 200 words (if we all write more than that, it will make an endless post…)

      You can divide it into several paragraphs if you want, no problem about that 🙂 And if you have other questions, don’t hesitate!!

      4. It is weird, because I’ve been looking through my spam file, thinking your messages might have been sent there by mistake, but they weren’t there either…. I appologize in advance for eventual unanswered comments. If it happens, it is because I can’t see them :/

      8. My pleasure…. It is really weird, for your comments! What I’ll do for the next couple of days is, even if I am a bit busy, if I see comments of yours, I’ll at least send you a smiley… If you don’t get a smiley, it will mean I didn’t get the message. If it happens again, I’ll find a way to complain to WP!! Just tell me if I don’t smile back 😉
