Something’s ending might sound negative at first, but it’s not always the case. Sometimes, slut calls for a celebration, as it is an achievement. And I don’t want to throw flowers at myself, but last weekend, despite my little digestive incident, I completed my Danish master course for beginners.

Oh yes, I did!

I would have shared my certificate with you Lovelies, but it displayed my full name, and I’m not comfortable with giving out that much personal information in The Cove just yet. But look at that lovely full progress line!

I did it!

It’s been a lot of hard work, but I’m glad I persevered. I learnt tons of things, and I know I still have so much more to add to my toolbox. But still… Big step.

Tonight, it called for a celebration, and what better way than filling my brand ”new” akvavit glasses up? Because for my birthday, Chéri bought me glasses that date back to the 1960’s.

And tonight, I filled them with my best Aalborg akvavit.
