The little boy didn’t react, and Caroline simply sat by her best friend’s side.

He’s still doing it?

For two weeks now, Tim had started acting as if he was an animal. A new one each morning, and unless his mom figured which one he had chosen, he didn’t get into any interaction with anyone.

Yup, yesterday he was a hedgehog…  I only guessed it while cooking dinner.

Caroline snorted.

Oh, and don’t try any weird species, please. You’re just going to give him ideas… Honestly, as long as he agrees to eat, I can deal with his silence!
