Meet Damien Robitaille.
The Franco-Ontarian singer was already very popular before Covid-19 hit us. But when we went into lockdown last spring, his shows were cancelled and he had to reinvent himself, like so many artists all around the world.
He set a little recording ”studio” in his home kitchen, and started recording big hits covers with his cell phone, to entertain his fans. He went viral recently, with his version of Pump Up the Jam, reposted by Jennifer Garner on her Instagram account.
I am so glad for Damien. He seems to be such a nice and positive person, and he is so very talented. (you can find him on Instagram @damienrobitaille)
So here’s the video that put Damien under the spotlight. I am thinking about making a series of posts to share his best takes, since he is now up to 144 songs recorded. Let me know if you’d be interested…
Very inventive

That’s fantastic! I especially love when the dog yawns, although I was really hoping it would start breakdancing or something lol!
