A little prayer, or a warm thought, please.

A call in the middle of the night is never the premise to good news.

A call from Mom, at 1h41 am is scary.

From Mom’s cell phone… Terrifying.

It appears that Dad woke up showing signs of what most likely is a stroke. He has just been brought to the hospital. We don’t know much, for the moment.

I was working on answering some pending emails, and many messages received today. Obviously, I’ll be postponing all of that.

All warm thoughts and prayers would be appreciated. I believe in the power of Love, no matter how far away it comes from… So if you have some to spare, please send it to my dear Dad.

I’ll go stare at the phone now… Even if I fear what I might learn.

  1. Dear Cyranny, you have my prayers, love, and hugs and all the positive thoughts my brain can handle. I know that scary call all too well. I hope news will come soon. I am of course hoping for the best news possible but any news is always better than having to stare at a phone wondering. I am here in my chair in the cove if you need me, dear.

  2. This must be scary for you. Lots of love from London to your lovely Dad.
And lots of hugs for you Cyranny. ❤ ❤ ❤

I know you might not be able to sleep while being so anxious, but do rest up as much as you can.

    1. Thank you so much… Sleep is not an option before I get any news. Good or bad. I doubt I’ll be able to rest until the phone rings again. Thanks again for your support… xx

  3. Oh no! Hope it’s not as bad as you may think. There are many levels of severity when it comes to CVA’s. Try to breathe and let us know what’s up. Sending as many good thoughts your way as possible.

  4. I will most definitely be praying for your Dad, and for you, and for your family. These things are never easy to navigate through, but we all will most definitely be thinking of you and praying for you.
