Anything with roux. That was one of the first things they taught us to make in culinary fundamentals at The Culinary Institute of America. Roux is cooked fat (usually clarified butter) with flour. I’m celiac, so that obviously precludes roux for me. LikeLike Reply
I’ve been told I make some pretty good Egg dishes, but, I don’t eat Eggs. Oh, and Beef Stew bit I don’t eat Beef. LikeLike Reply
