I was invited (well, not personally, but still…) to join the Fandango’s Friday Flashback!
Fandango scrolls back, every Friday, and gives a second chance to a post he had published on the same date the year before. I thought it was a great way to remember some of the stuff I did a while back, and I decided to participate…
So here it is!
Previously posted on September 13th of 2018, here is a piece of poetry from last-year me!

Prism shower,
diamond droppings,
on the royal blue
canvas painting…
Embroidering
all my shaded sorrows,
in bright colors
hiding true feelings.
Hoping this hand
knitted arch may
join the ends of our
two lives one sweet day.
I know a rainbow
requires rain…
But it also mean that
somewhere the sun shines.
I hope it does…
I hope.

If birds fly over the rainbow – why then, oh why, can’t I?
