Good evening, dear Lovelies…
I hope you’re all doing well! You might have noticed that I’ve been quite quiet the last couple of days.
I try to come, late at night, to answer my day’s comments, but aside from that, I don’t have much time to do more, even if I’d like to scroll through your blogs, and leave a ”like” here and there.
But I have started giving the training I talked about recently, last Monday. My trainee is a cool smart guy. Unfortunately, my lack of preparation (what a surprise) makes the days of work very tiring. I have promised myself to do my best, despite the way this happened.
When I come home, I don’t really feel like catching up. I hope you’ll all understand.
Tonight, to change my mind, even after just a couple of days of this new, unwanted task, we decided to go downtown. I brought back a couple of pictures for you, and I hope you’ll enjoy them… We had a lovely time, to say the least.

First stop… The food trucks for a picnic table dinner.

I had the pulled pork sandwich, with a chic twist… Yum!!

No, I swear we didn’t attend a mass suicide event!

Don’t worry… all these people are fine!
I actually went back to see ”Through the Echoes” again, a multimedia show, with 360 degree projections of all kinds ( 3D animations, lazer and light effects) that most people watch lying down on the floor. Absolutely amazing….
I caught a little video of it… Not totally clear, but I was afraid of being told not to film!
I must say… I am quite proud that this soon to be nomad show originated in Québec. I’ve never seen anything quite like it.
And on our way home…

Talk about a people pleaser… Glow in the dark balloons AND dildos!
That’s it… I only have about 5% left on my body battery. Gotta go to bed! But before that…

Good night, from Montréal!
It’s good to know you’re doing ok despite the training workload. I hope you get through the next few weeks ok. 🙂

Thank you for the kind words, Simon 🙂 I think if I make sure to take time to disconnect my brain from the office from time to time (like yesterday night) I should get through it fine… But it does eat up my usual blogging time… I’ll try to find the perfect balance 😉

If you can find that… let me know lol 😉

Training someone new is quite grueling, I can so relate to that from my last job. You need to cool yuor jets off when you get home, or you burn out.
Love the photos! Quebec is so beautiful!!

Thank you for the advice, Beckie… Yes, I think I’ll just need to be kind to myself, more than usual for a couple of weeks. I don’t intend on burning whatever energy I have left 😛
I’m glad you enjoyed the views of Montréal 🙂 It is a nice city to live in… Very alive, with fun stuff to do around every corner! You should come and visit me, someday 😉 xx

I’ve been to Montreal only once, in my senior year of high school for a singing competition.
I was in awe over how beautiful it was and I have always wanted to return. 😍
