After Eight Moments…

20180814_190701

I usually just take pictures of little things that catch my eye, when it comes to After Eight Moments…
.
Today, I have two people to thank for my (almost) daily picture. Both of them inspired me with a post they published on their blog this week.
.
Ladies first, Shelley from Quaint Revival, posted recently about simply changing the angle to show the most common things in a different light. She suggested taking pictures from ground level, something we rarely do.
.
Brett, from O’Canada, is a big fan of Canadian art, and published a post this week, about the amazing Virginia Mak. The great artist plays beautifully with intended blurriness. Now if you are used to take pictures with a cellphone, you probably know that these little things have an obsession of focusing on something at all costs. Usually not what you want to be clear in the picture.
.
So, Shelley, Brett… Thank you!
.
Thanks to your two posts, I came up with this more abstract take. I hope you’ll enjoy it, as much as I like the textures and shades of the setting sunlight.
