It’s been a while, uh?

Yeah, for some reason I skipped my “Nombril de semaine” posts for a while… But it has nothing to do with lacking the will to share other people’s blogs. I guess I just lazied out, and forgot. Week after week, after week, after week.

But it is back. And this week, I wanted to share a couple of links for a very simple reason. Although they post regularly, these bloggers don’t have nearly as many readers as they would deserve to have.

These people have great blogs, to my opinion, and they are definately worth a click. Now, they are not the only ones, and I know there are other sites I could should have included. But there will be other “Nombrils de semaine”, just leave a note in the comments, and I’ll include you next time 🙂

So here they are…

Biff Sock Pow… I first visited the blog because of Biff’s name, and I never left. The perfect gentleman rambles on about his life, and writes great fiction. He loves words and has a more than colorful vocabulary. There is a great man behind this blog, and you should definately pay him a visit!

Suze. Now, if Madame Suze’s name doesn’t ring a bell, it means you are brand new here in The Cove! The crazy lady (in a good way!) has been part of my blogging adventure for a long time now. She writes about all and everything (really!) and loves to stalk other blogs. You just gotta love Suze!

Brutus. Most probably the mysterioustest (LOL) blogger I know! Pretending to be a grumpy old(er) man, his poetry tells me there is a great heart behind all the bitterness and self-beating.  Brutus has a darkish sense of humor, and will take part of any challenge you throw his way!

Mrs Completely. Mrs Viking now. I love the lady’s sense of humor and although she doesn’t post as often as the previous bloggers, her stories are never disappointing. Wether she tells about her daily life through her cat’s (Izzy) or her own point of view, I always get a good giggle! And she married a Dane! What’s more to say??

Eve. This young lady shares her thoughts and experience with mental illness. Despite the main subject, her blog is lovely and definately gives a hopefull view of the matter. I believe she is the most “recent” blogger on this list, and I am sure she’ll go a long way! Eve loves to interract, so give her link a little “click” and tell her Cyranny sent you!

Meet the Bloggers. This is CalmKate’s alternate blog. A place dedicated to interviews Kate makes with fellow bloggers. A great place to come and learn more about the fabulous people you read everyday! I was invited to participate (I didn’t forget, dear Kate!), and I will… Someday… Soon! 😉

Colin. The Scottish young dad has been posting a little less regularly since the birth of his lovely daughter (aka Little One, aka Future Master of the World). But he wrote more than his fair share of great stories, ramblings and rants… Just scroll a little, you won’t be disappointed. This sweet giant definately deserves more readers, if only to give him the flame of writing again!

Kira. I hesitated here. I had set the rule that all the bloggers in this list had to have less than 500 readers. Kira has reached a little more than that, but I felt she deserved to make the list anyway. This fun, witty and kind lady draws and writes poetry and fiction that always hit the bullseye. She has a dark imagination that draws me back to her blog everytime she posts… I think she should make a book out of her drawings and poetry. So does her mom… Check it out, and tell her if we are right!

 

So there you go… I hope you’ll visit some of these lovely people. They put a lot of time in their respective blogs, and deserve to be known 🙂

    1. Yes? Disappointed not to be there? This week’s theme was “blogs with less than 500 readers and worth more than that”… You deserve more, but you’ve achieved that milestone already, haven’t you? 😉

      2. Yeah, I reckon that 1400 more is merely a detail… I’ll keep that in mind for my next post 😉

        You got googly eyes from me… that’s more than any of these bloggers can brag about. Ok, except Suze… Madame Suze got a threatening letter from me once… LOL But still, you know I booked my place in your frontyard tree 😉 That means something, right?
