The cure for anything is salt water – sweat, tears or the sea – Isak Dinesen
If you want to know what After Eight Moments are about, click here.
Description for the visually impaired: This is a close up picture of a salt shaker on the side, with spilled salt on a black surface.
This made me laugh a little because my daughter just presented me with the following today:
Water fixes everything.
Want to lose weight? Drink some water.
Want clear skin? Drink some water.
Got a friend who stabbed you in the back? Drown him in water.
Hahaha… or maybe that’s only funny to me.

I’d agree with that. Make sure you toss a pinch of that over your shoulder though. 😃

Sometimes I think some people enjoy being unlucky, just gives them a reason to complain more 😛

That’s great… I have to work on that. In the meanwhile, people like that make me practice deep breathing :p

Great quote… there is so much meaning behind it… hard work, a good cry, but the best of all.. the sea… my favorite place to be.

I agree… I have a very close connection with water. I never lived far from it, and I don’t know how I would feel if I had to live a long time too far inland…

Its terrible, I lived inland for years, only a lake nearby. The sea has a different smell and feel and healing power.

Very true! The house where my family lived when I was born, was built almost directly on the beach… There was just a road between it and the sea… I spent so much time on that beach (no so much in the water because it was freezing most of the year)…. *sigh*

Hahahahaha no…. Made in Québec. I thought about trading, it was inviting, but it is Chéri who got me interested in Denmark, so I kind of owe him… LOL
