Madame Suze tried to send me a Sia wig… Just because, well, I want one.

Why this weird interest? Because I really like Sia, and because I was thinking that, with such a wig, I could make occasional videos to post.

I know, I already make very eclectic posts…. Would Vlogs be welcome among Covers, I wonder.

Only you Lovelies can tell… Do you wish to see videos, or should I just drop this weird obsession?

  1. videos are fun, a little harder and trickier than one would think, unless you have some help. I say go for it. I just started doing them, not for music, but you can check my blog if you want. I don’t know how successful they will be as I only have 14 followers. I have been at this for about two weeks.

    1. I’ll check yours! You are right, it might be harder than I first thought. I just have ideas, get excited about them, and then realize it’s just too complicated 😛 I’ll keep thinking about it…. 😉

      1. The hard thing is having enough lighting for your videos. If it is instructional, sometimes it is easier if you talk after so you can speed up the recording so as not to put people to sleep. I did a video painting a bathroom. Do you know how hard it is to get a camera at an angle to see how to paint behind a toilet? lol! I used three cameras. I haven’t even attempted to edit those yet. In a couple of days I am doing another painting video but this time a regular room. It’s fun though.

      2. Hehehehehe I sure can imagine the difficulty to catch the right angle with that bathroom project of yours 🙂 If I get to it, I’ll probably do a couple of tests before going online! I don’t think I’d be really good at editing, so I am guessing my videos would be very very basic!

      3. In my case with the painting videos, if I mess up what I am saying I can’t just wipe the paint off the walls and start again, so I either have to edit it out or leave the goof ups in. lol! Either way it is fun, just have fun. Good luck to you.

    1. Hehehehe thank you, Miriam… I think it could be kind of fun too, but as Nancy pointed out, it might be more complicated than I first thought. At least if I want to make “good” videos…

      Anyway, it won’t happen until I get my hand on one of these wigs, so, that gives me time to ponder 😉

    1. Hehehe thanks… I like trying new things, and I thought making a video once in a while would be a fun thing way to communicate with people. But I am not interested in showing myself… I prefer to let people imagine what they want about me… This wig is a fun compromise 🙂

    1. Ohhh Simon, I wish… but nah! That is THE Sia with her famous 2 colors wig! 🙂

      Hopefully I’ll look anything close to her once my face is covered with hair (is it just me or that sounded kind of wrong?? :P)

  9. I am going to try again to send this blasted wig…maybe if I send a box of candy along with it to bribe the customs people it will get through. we shall see.

I really feel bad for the trouble I put you through with my silly ideas… Of course, if you decide to send it again, I’ll sit by my mailbox and wait impatiently for it, but if you decide to keep it, I’ll understand 🙂 And if you choose plan B, maybe you should make videos yourself 😉 You’d be far more entertaining than I’ll ever be 🙂 🙂 🙂 xx
