Oh, my dear American friends…
You guys rock at entertaining the world! I admit to being a bit of a black sheep, always looking for good foreign, not North American series or movies. But in general, you’ve pretty much conquered the movie theaters and tv universe.
I have been watching this new series, “Controversy at the White House” lately, and I must say that I enjoy it a lot. I think it is genius to have it presented on news channels… It gives it this reality show feeling! We could almost believe you really elected that weird guy!
I was still waking up this morning, when today’s episode went on.
*Spoiler alert* If you are planning on buying the DVDs, don’t read farther!
I am no specialist in US politics, but from what I understood, the guy who was supposed to lie to the world for the president was fired/quit in a previous episode, probably because he was running out of good lines for the media. I must say I was a bit worried. He was one of the reasons I was still watching the show, and I feared it wouldn’t be as funny if they replaced him with some other random guy, no matter how dedicated he was to the “president”….
Oh, how wrong of me to underestimate whoever is at the head of the series! Mr Scaramucci ( by the name, I have the feeling he has magical powers, but they are probably saving that for later…) has gotten the “entertain the press” (and the world) job just a few days ago, and here’s what we got, just this morning…

I appologize for thinking I’d miss the previous guy!
Seriously… This show is something! Just imagine if you were stuck with a government like that!! Whoaa… I’ll stop here, I don’t want to jinx you!

Yes, ain’t it grand? I laugh so hard that I start crying…and then I cry so hard I can’t help but laugh. It’s an emotional roller coaster. Trump is the consummate ringmaster, but if there truly is a God, his circus will soon be leaving town.

That “fake news” thing… It is amazing. Media giving “fake news” and Trump inventing news… Personally, my favorite, so far, is the Sweden terrorist attack, which never happened! 😉
