I’d love to answer your question, but I haven’t suffered either 😉 And I am pretty happy to know that I probably won’t in the future….
I’d vote for childbirth though, unless the guy gets kicked in the nuts every couple of minutes for about 20 hours straight! lol

I’ve never been aware of someone asking to be kicked in the nuts again. I know many people with two or more kids 🙂 probably not a scientific assessment though 😉
