Winter…

Mother Nature is off her medication again this Winter in Québec. One day we get a foot of snow, the next it is raining and then we’ll get wind, and/or icy rain and/or fog and/or whatever she pulls out of her hat.

It can be irritating at times, but it has it up sides too!  Good example? Look at this…

Having rain, followed by a sudden wave of coldness and then snow gives us the above beautiful sceneries!  Snow will stick to every tiny branch…

Hey! We need good reasons to put up with the harsh season, right? 🙂

  1. I never realized that there were no homes in Frozenland! Just tons of trees, roads and snow! Where do you hang out? do you have an insulated tent perhaps? I worry about you.

    1. I knew you would end up discovering my secret, you clever Alien! Yeah, well… now that the truth is out, I don’t have a home… Explaining in parts why I spend so much time at w*rk. There are showers there, and a kitchen and vending machines… And if you are clever enough not to butter your toats “before” putting them in the toaster, they pretty much let you stay in all around the clock.

      When Chéri insists on spending some time together, we hop in the car (especially this time of year) and drive around, taking turns sleeping on the backseat if needed.

      Thanks for your concern…. I might accept this disguised invitation to Enid if the temperature goes below 20 C again! 😉 *warm hugs from Freezingland*

      2. I am getting there also, Jacqueline… I actually use my cell phone more for everyday life pictures than for calls, so I don’t worry too much about what pleople might think about my constant picture taking 😛
