When I was very little, Dadda took me to the cinema for the first time. The film was a “Carebears” feature. I remember the excitement of the event, but I don’t remember anything about going inside the cinema or the film. I only remember outside and queuing up with lots of other children.
That is the only trip to the cinema I remember as a little child. It was years later as a teenager I started going to the pictures with friends. I don’t remember much about what we saw though – probably Titanic. Memories like that are very vague.
The only one I remember was War of the Worlds and I was so scared I had my head in my sisters lap most of the time. I was seven.
