Oh we have too many snacks. In India, you’ll find snacks changing from region to region. Tikki, pani puri, Chhole bhature, samosa, jalebi, bhelpuri and dahi papdi are some found in the northern India. And we love snacks with chai!
I think some popular regional snacks might count maybe…but I am sure they have been recreated by cooks/bakers in other lands or they may be similar to other dishes:

– Scouse (a Liverpool dish to use up your leftovers)
