Wow, I must say this surprises me. You don’t come from a ”big country” like me, I would’ve thought you would get tired on the road before 5 hours. Interresting!
I think that has changed for me. In my twenties, I used to drive a lot – all over the UK, and very regularly between Lancashire and Snowdonia. But I don’t drive now. I walk or I jump on the bus or tube. So driving seems like more of a lengthy event than it used to be, especially as a passenger.

When one is in the passenger seat for over 45 minutes. In my opinion, there’s no such thing as a long car ride when one is in the driver’s seat.

I can relate…. I too find drives less long when I drive compared to when I’m in the passenger seat 😉
