You mean as in writing down what you want to spend money on and sticking to that? No idea but I guess not as I’ve never tried. But if you mean not overspending, I’m pretty good at it.
I restrict what I earn, so I have to restrict what I spend.

In the sense of always living within my means, yes. Growing up, I was brainwashed by my parents to regard debt as something to be avoided at all costs. It’s worked well for me, and as I’ve watched other people go through bankruptcy because they weren’t raised the way I was, I’ve come regard it as one of the things my parents did right.
Nope! I suck at it! I’m good at writing all my big bills down and paying them when they are due. As long as all my bills are paid I can spend the rest and save some.
