This is hard. Some days it’s definitely text messenger, other day it’s WordPress. Almost always email.
But I guess those are the ones I open to use. The ones that I set up and I use without interacting with my phone at all, and therefore use 1000x a day are the ToDo list, the calendar, and the shortcuts app.

I use a laptop. So I am not sure if any of the software I use is technically an “app”. It is all a little bit confusing to me.
