This one is hard. There are meats I won’t eat at home at all because of some reason, whether I don’t like it or I think it’s cute when it’s alive, whatever. But I eat them in other circumstances. For example, at home I don’t eat lamb, but in Greece I did.
I guess my answer is that it’s not a meat, it’s many meats, prepared as ribs or chops. Otherwise I’m game for the most part. There are others I have tried and hated (fried pigeon comes to mind), but those are just things I’ve tried in other countries and didn’t like. I wouldn’t say never again if the opportunity arose, because I’m willing to see if a different preparation changes my mind, but ribs and chops are always a no-go for me
There are many things I won’t eat when I have a choice in the matter, but I know from experience that if I’m hungry enough and my options are limited, I will lower my standards, because you do weird things when your body thinks it’s starving. Decades ago, I lived and worked for about a year in a place where I had no control over my diet. The quality of the food was generally poor, and the quantities skimpy, so I was hungry all the time. I ate some things there that I’d never eaten before, haven’t eaten since, and hope never to eat again.
Real meat.
I have reluctantly been willing to try out faux meats – Quorn and soya burgers etc. But I do prefer my traditional veggies.

No meat except beef chicken or pork and no buggy looking fishy stuff. And now I rarely eat meat at all.

I avoid pork and anything uncooked (sashimi). I also don’t want to eat exotic meats or any icky organs…
