I took over the prompt, as an homage to Nortina’s late ”One Minute Fiction” challenge.
What’s the ”One Minute Fiction” challenge about?
Easy. Each week I’ll provide a prompt to inspire you to write a very short story. The idea is to manage to type your whole story in a minute or less. Of course, you can think about it before hitting the keyboard, and you can take all your time to edit it afterwards…
Just make sure to tag your story with #1MinFiction, and create a pingback to my week’s challenge post, so I can easily find it!
So, here is this week’s picture;
Your turn now… Brainstorm time!!
Let’s see what you can come up with…
That gorgeous puss is the spitting image of my daughter’s gorgeous Wazza that unfortunately didn’t get any more than his quota of lives. 🙏

The cat looks really angry, as if he/she’s saying. Don’t even think about taking the car out. I’ve chosen this patch of pavement for a nap.

Here’s a link that gives more info https://wordpress.com/support/comments/pingbacks/ but in short, to create a pingback, you simply add a link to my post in yours. That will create a link in my post’s comment box, and people will be able to click on it to see your story 🙂
(I know, that’s not really clear, is it? LOL)

Thanks very much, Cyranny. I’ve been working on figuring pingbacks out for a year! I’ll check out the link.

Actually, everytime you put a link to a post in the post you are writing, it generates a pingback automatically. (unless the author of the other post refuses pingbacks)
