Maybe it’s a random passive effort. When someone’s asleep he can’t voluntarily do anything but things still get done anyway, just because the materials are there. Imagination lives
I can never remember any dreams. I’m sure I must dream – and sometimes when I first wake up I have a slight memory of a dream but by the time I am fully awake it is gone
Melanie asked this question in her Share Your World prompt a few weeks ago, and my answer was, “it’s natures way of dropping acid.” In other word, dreaming is like experiencing an LSD trip. Well, for me, anyway.
I think sometimes it is to solve issues you can’t do awake? And sometimes it magnifies your feelings, good or bad.
