I was invited (well, not personally, but still…) to join the Fandango’s Friday Flashback!
Fandango scrolls back, every Friday, and gives a second chance to a post he had published on the same date the year before. I thought it was a great way to remember some of the stuff I did a while back, and I decided to participate…
So here it is!
Previously published on January 17th of 2017, this short humorous post is yet another proof that my stats’ flags are so very dear to me (and the dang with numbers!!) I hope you’ll enjoy (again) the silliness of three years ago me.
My worst nightmare. Ok, I might be a little over dramatic here, but still… It is scary, and it saddens me, and I think I might just call in sick (anything not to go to the office, lol)
The disease is spreading! You might remember, a few days ago, when Australia lost its flag?
Well, WP has hit again, and now Ireland went flagless!!!
Proof:
Distress might be a little too intense to describe my feelings right now, but I am definately worried… Why, Oh why me? What did I say/do/think to deserve to have my flags slowly taken away from me?? Some people don’t even check their flags…. Steal theirs, won’t you??
What if Denmark’s Dannebrog faded away from my stats?? Nooooooo…. I can’t let that happen! WP, stop playing with my fragile sanity!!

I’m sorry I didn’t understand this. How can the flags disappear?

It was a WordPress glitch at the time… Some of the countries in my statistics page didn’t have a flag in the list. It started with Australia, and then Ireland, and some others… Luckily, they all came back a couple of days later 😉

Thank you 🙂 I missed keeping up with everybody very very much. It was a real torture to real all the nice comments, and not having time to reply properly. I am dedicating this snowy weekend to catching up as far back as I can 🙂

I guess those happiness engineers needed to grab a few flags to cover up their inability to fix all of the issues we bloggers are having.
