Halve or quarter, clean out seeds and save for roasting, place a tsp or less of butter and salt and proper on each section, bake at 400 degrees. Then savor….yum!
Hehehehehe, indeed… I tried butternut squash bread for the first time today. A disaster π¦ But I’ll try it again, it looked so good on the video π
I can’t believe I never thought about that… I make soup out of almost anything, but I must admit I never considered using squash. I have to try that π Thanks for the idea!
You may try growing in pots. We used to do that when we lived in apartments. Even when we bought our first house, in the city, we grew stuff in any little patch of ground we could use. π
I agree, vegan is very trendy at the moment and some of them get so offended, I once put on my facebook about the lovely vegan meal I had, as long as you didn’t include the bacon, the butter and the cheese. The uproar

SautΓ©e it with a little olive oil, garlic, and onions. A terrific side.

Mouahahahahaha it reminds me of a recipe for sautΓ©ed kale… the last step was ”toss it in the garbage can!”
