toc of the clock

The chirping of

the first Spring

announcing sparrows

by the window.

 

Kids strolling down

the sidewalk,

Laughing heartedly.

Neighbour’s dog

barking, probably

at said noisy children…

 

Fooling myself into thinking I am enjoying the early morning’s silence…
