I bought myself new earbud headphones a few days ago. Tangle-free for that matter, and I thought to myself “Wow! That is a killing idea! No more untangling!! Untangling headphones has taken sooooo much of my precious time in the past!”

Well, that was before New headphones met Old headphones in my bag. Either the tangle-free promise was just a lie, to lure me, or Old headphones got really excited when they saw the newer pair and decided to tangle them against their will in a very brutal, yet affectionate way!

You have to understand them. Last time they were next to another pair was at the store where they were bought. And that was about 5 years ago! Go ahead! Imagine yourself living 5 years all by yourself! You too would most likely display some sort of raw and clumsy affection if you came across someone else, all of a sudden!

Anyway… I took action, and now Old and New can meet with just the appropriate space in between them, to be able to breathe easy!

Now, I just have to find a way to tell Old headphones that I am taking New headphones to Denmark for 3 weeks instead of them…

I just hate hurting headphones’ feelings…
