I was invited (well, not personally, but still) to Fandango’s Friday Flashback!
Fandango scrolls back, every Friday, and gives a second chance to a post he had published on the same date, years before. I thought it was a great way to remember some of the stuff I did a while back, and I decided to participate…
So here it is!
Written on April 14th of 2017, here is a little piece of romantic poetry. Not my best so far, by all means. But still one that I feel deserves a second run on the bloggosphere catwalk. And if you’re more in a good-giggle mood, here’s the runner-up: The yeast of my problems . It’ll take you back to the very first days of the pandemic… You know, back when it was still a laughable matter.
I hope you’ll enjoy it /them(again), and I wish you’re safe and well, wherever you are…

The raising
Of my heartbeat,
At the sound
Of your voice.
The multiplication
Of fluttering
Butterflies in
My tickled stomach.
The depth of
The endless fall
Since I chanced
To blindly leap…
Forget science. These are just empirical measures of my love… For you.
