I think that it would take humility, compassion, empathy and respect. People who lived 100 years ago where much more capable than we are. They would have a lot to teach us. So if we were helping them to learn about advancements in science and technology, we should be mindful of all that we can learn from them.

Brilliant question. It could be someone from my young grandparents’ day so I would try to use that as a connection.
Send him a text message with instructions.
Slowly. The thawing process needs to be carried out with care. Just popping him into the microwave and waiting for the buzzer to go off should be considered disrespectful. Likewise, the reintroduction into society should be tactfully handled. Anybody freezing oneself a century ago did so, most likely, in the hope of awakening into a better world, so it might be considerate to delay the bad news for as long as possible.
Hmmm…this would take a lot of tact and compassion and also patience. And as a previous comment pointed out the ability to not dismiss their knowledge and sense of history.
With this day and age, I think I would tell him/her they might want to refreeze themselves for a while longer.
