I fear manmade ones more, but a massive quake that knocks out power and causes tsunamis is very scary. Also an invasion of plague rats. And rattlesnakes!
Wind, especially tornadoes. We had a wind event about 10 years ago with 110 mph wind. It stripped the shingles from the roof and blew down the fence. Now that I have a garden, I’m even more afraid of such event.
Sharknados
I know you were thinking, I might say zombies, but I am not scared of that, I am prepared. Sharknados on the other hand, not prepared

Floods. I’ve been through a couple of them — once as a kid, once as an adult — and was rather traumatized by the experience.
