We used to watch the BBC and Sky news but find them too “provincial” now. It all seems to be about the UK and nothing else. Well, unless there is a war on, of course. Now, we usually watch France24 in English on YouTube which has live coverage. Every now and then Deutsche Welle in English pops up too but it’s not as versatile as France24. I tried to watch other cou tries news too but it gets a bit overwhelming. I never read the newspaper, listen to radio or read news on social media. The last is often not true and I have no time for the other two 🤗
Normally I watch the first hour of the BBC Breakfast show before I leave the nest. Sometimes I check the BBC website before I go to sleep (which is a rubbish time to check the headlines, but sometimes then only chance I have had all day)/
I make it up as I go
