He didn’t expect a response, but the lack of it made him angrier.

I did everything I could to please you… Make you proud. I tried so hard… Tried to love you, to make you love me… And all that’s left from it is pain and frustration… And this deafening silence.

A cold stare welcomed his plea, sealing his decision to put an end to it all. Loading his gun calmly, he glanced for a last minute reaction that would make him step back.

Looking at the mirror, he pressed the canon to his temple.
