OooOOOoooh such a classic 🙂 I remember playing with one of my bestfriends when I was 14 or 15 years old… We’d play after school, and have week-long games. It was almost an obsession LOL
Oh, Risk!! That takes me back to my college years… I was the only girl in an otherwise all boys gang, and we played Risk every weekend. It was really competitive, and we took it way too seriously, but boy, did we have fun 🙂
I never really played Boggle. I know the game but never really got into it… But chess, oh yes! I even entered a chess club at some point, and tried competing once. Not a big success, but I definately like that it was a real battle between two minds, luck having nothing to do with it 🙂
Exactly, no chance, just skill. They have chess online that you can choose your skill level. They are fun. Boggle is a fun word game. You can sometimes find them in GoodWill or at estate sales or Amazon.

I had a big backgammon phase… And thinking back, it was at a really young age. A fun, strategic game 🙂

Oh! I loved Life. I used to play with girl friends of mine, and we’d make a list of boys we liked, and spun the wheel to know who we’d marry LOL

Meant to also say that I played a lot of Monopoly growing up and loved it. 🙂

Risk, by its very nature, is highly competitive and even, at times, cutthroat!

Chess and then Boggle. Just two minds going against each other with no chance involved in the outcome.
