I am very excited if the fucker ever turns up on my doorstep, unfortunatly I think I would get a taste for it and then I will be on a roundabout using on anyone who doesn’t indiciate
Well….that pretty much literally happened to me!!! When Jack picked up the phone – it could have gone either way. There was so much pain after what had happened between us. So much damage had been done, so much lost. But I wanted peace…peace in every way.
Who would have thought that just over a year after he “turned up at my door”, I would have agreed to be his wife?
Your story is truly amazing, and it just shows how being open and trusting of Life can bring us places we never would have imagined 😉 I’m glad for you that you welcomed that phone call… And I really wish you both all the best 🙂 xxx
“OOO, it’s been a while! Fancy bumping into you here…on MY doorstep. Do come in, won’t you? I made a fresh batch of apples this morning…I mean picked. I PICKED a fresh batch. You just MUST try one, they’re to die for.”
I would ask them to hold on a minute and then get the flame thrower I had been saving

I have forgiven her, so I’ll welcome her.

That says a lot about how good a heart you have, Sadje 🙂 True forgiveness is a blessing on both ends.

I would look out but would not open the door. No point in going backwards in life.

And I think that’s very reasonable… Sometimes it’s better to leave the past where it is.
