I’m not going to make fun here… I remember when I lived in Africa and also found it very Brrrr at 64 F. But yesterday we had -13 F with wind making it feel worse. But than again, it makes me grateful we’re locked down 😉 There’s always a silver lining… you just have to keep an open eye!
Yeah, it’s been my norm these past few months. I had been able to get away with 8 hours some days but most days are 9 or 10 hours. My boss often teases “2025 will be the year” when we can stop working overtime.
My day has been made brighter today! I got to watch my coach ride my horse. He looked absolutely amazing and she said he was “brilliant”. I was so proud of him and it is a thrill to see an Olympian ride my horse so beautifully. I could not ask for a brighter spot in my day than that,

I would be on voluntary stay-at-home lockdown, virus or no virus, if the temperature where I lived was -13 F.
