A while back, I was a big (BIG) fan of Nortina’s ”One Minute Fiction” challenges.
I say was because Nortina hasn’t published anything in her blog for almost a year now, and I’ve been missing that weekly prompt ever since. I would never dare copying her, but since she isn’t hosting the challenge anymore, I thought I’d offer it in The Cove, at least until Nortina makes a come back!
What’s the ”One Minute Fiction” challenge about?
Easy. Each week I’ll provide a prompt to inspire you to write a very short story. The idea is to manage to type your whole story in a minute or less. Of course, you can think about it before hitting the keyboard, and you can take all your time to edit it afterwards…
Just make sure to tag your story with #1MinFiction, and create a pingback to my week’s challenge post, so I can easily find it!
So, here is this week’s picture;
Your turn now… Brainstorm time!!
Let’s see what you can come up with…
is it the first clue on a scavenger hunt? Or the sign to the ladie’s restroom? how about the way out of a maze? Had to create a new email to be able to comment…but I did it! woot! take that WP! HA!
