They really are… Perhaps my favorite veggies. They need nothing more than a touch of butter. Yum yum yum!

These are veggies indeed… From what I know, fiddleheads are not as popular in Europe as they are here. In Québec, they are only available in spring, and for a very short period of time. They are quite a treat, but you have to be careful… If they’re not cooked properly, they are toxic.

hhahhaa…yeah…hell is there…our spring is very short..n autumn is like kinds mixed with monsoon.. a short span of autumn followed by a month of rains..
