First love? Cold and icy? I remember it differently.

Hahaha, I sure don’t have icy or cold memories of my first love either. I was thinking more about the ”wow” effect of the first fallen snow, at the end of fall 😉 It amazes me how we get fooled every year, almost forgetting how our teeth will grind at the mere sight of the white stuff, in a month or so 😉

I was just considering spending a couple of days in Canada over Christmas. You are providing ample reason for reconsideration.

Well, first of all… Canada is a big country, and depending on where you were thinking of spending that time, my thoughts might be of no interest at all 😉 And I would like to add that if I didn’t have to work, I would thoroughly enjoy winter. Montreal is beautiful, in winter time, if you don’t have a tight schedule to follow (and stairs and balconies to plow) 🙂

The first of the year? Very pretty, but I imagine driving or walking was a challenge.

Thank you, Sarah 🙂 It was actually just fine. There was just enough to give a powdered sugar effect to the grass… But it melted almost right away. I have a feeling the next time we see snow, it will be way more epic 😉

Oh yes. Our little dusting was fleeting and if you look at it the wrong the wrong way it’ll melt.

Oh this pic reminded me of the ‘ice eggs’ photo I saw today! Was clicked at a Finland beach. Came across it?
