I agree.. and oddly, it’s often the people fighting for absurd causes that are putting the effort into gathering and trying to make a difference. At least, I think… But maybe that’s just me?
Well, I don’t see the masses casuing riots helping anyone’s causes. They simply casue mayhem and more chaos.
However, peaceful demonstrations I don’t mind in the least… As log as it’s for a greater cause.
I’ll be a position to find out shortly. There is a breach of security (what security? We don’t need no stinkin’ security ((apparently)) ) on WordPress. Folks are outraged and there’s a huge portion that have complained about the problem. It’ll be interesting to see if the ‘power of the masses’ still exists. I suspect and it’s very disturbing too, that it does not. *sigh*
Amen, Melanie! This blog-stealing event is the reason I chose this question, for today’s Quickie. I really hope people will gang up to protest, because letting some obscure company use our blogs to get traffic really pisses me off. Grrrrr! *Fingers crossed*
