After Eight Moments…

20180719_175522

wish I still had
my green days’ beauty
to butter on
your morning toasts.
But no luck honey,
my early glory
is long gone and done,
haunting me like a ghost!

  1. Put aside
    Sweet modesty
    And please forgive
    The same in me
    Put to sleep
    Your silly fears
    Of fading youth
    And passing years
    For we are what
    We’ve always been
    Your beauty
    As I’ve always seen
    May I spread honey
    On your bread?
    May I Prepare
    Breakfast in bed?

    1. 😉 Sweet one… I really like it! I wanted to reply with a sequel, but I really suck at poeting (lol) at work, and I only finish my shift in about four hours….

    1. Thank you, dear Bag Lady 🙂 To be honest, I couldn’t explain where this came from… A little too much summer heat for my poor silly brains 😛 I am glad you enjoyed it 🙂 🙂 🙂 Muuuah!
