Adrenaline…

Some people jump out of an airplane to get an adrenaline rush!

A parachute jump costs about 300$ and you have to throw in an extra 100$ to 200$ to get a video and pictures of your experience.

Give me 100$, and I’ll let you hold Freja, while the vet is trying to poke her in the butt with a syringe, wearing leather gloves that go all the way to her elbows! (The vet, not Freja!)

I’ve done both, and I can guarantee you’ll have your money’s worth! Hey! For that price, I’ll even film you, and take pictures!

Forget bungee jumping, parachute and rafting.

      3. The funny thing is, I don’t like heights. Standing out on the ledge is panic inducing. I saw several people get up there, harnessed up, and had to back out. They just couldn’t do it. I took one look down, deep breath, and swan dived. For a second though, I didn’t know if I could go through with it. Whitewatering? Still gives me a massive rush and sensory overload every time, but I’ve been doing that so long it doesn’t scare me. I respect the rivers, to be sure, but I’m ready to do a river run any time. 😃

      4. I never tried rafting, but it is just because I didn’t have an occasion… I’d definately want to try it!

        I am glad I tried bungee jumping, but I don’t know if I’d do it again… Then again, I’d probably accept the dare 😛

      5. I’ve never rafted either, only kayaked whitewater. I’ve never wanted to leave me fate to 5 other people…most of which don’t have a clue what they’re doing. Much more freedom to play when it’s just me in the boat. 😃

      7. You won’t regret it. It’s a fantastic Rush. But, it’s nothing to play with. Start slowly, learn the behavior of the water, then move up in severity of river gradually. It can be dangerous. But that’s also part of the appeal. 😃

      8. I think that’s the key in pretty much anything else… Fear can be a positive thing when you use it well. Completely fearless people are dangerous! Seeing danger, but not letting it stop us is the way to go 🙂

      10. 🙂 Funny thing… I was listening to the radio this morning, and there was an ad for whitewater kayaking…. LOL And this conversation you and I had about it is the first time I talked about it!! What were the odds??? I think life is sending me a message 😛

    1. LOOOOL In the box beside “ears”, she wrote “too mad to check” , and for “breathing” Freja got “At least she wasn’t panting after the exam” (Not kidding) LOL

      I laugh now, but I didn’t like seeing the cute thing so stressed out (Freja, not the vet)

      I never thought I’d someday get told “Well, you can try to hold the cat if you want, but if one of us has to get injured and go to the hospital, I’m getting paid for it!” (again, not even kidding)

    1. I found it easier than bungee. While standing at the top of the crane, my feet tied to that big elastic, my brain kept screaming “don’t kill us!!!!!!!!!” But when I was ready to jump off the plane, we were so high up in the sky that it just went “oh, what the heck! Go for it…” LOL

      2. Absolutely! I never hesitated to jump off that plane, but it took all my courage to bungee jump…. Go figure 😛 Mouahahahaha Crazy brains!!

    1. We could do special combos!! 100$ to hold Freja for the vet or to put one of your pets in the bath… 150$ to try both and really get that heart pumpin’ LOOOL

    1. Oh yeah, you’re right about that 🙂 I try to stick to saying that she has “attitude” so that she doesn’t decide to kill me in my sleep 😛 hhehhehe

      Skydiving is so much fun (If only it wasn’t sooo expensive) but bungee jumping is just agains nature for my brain, LOL
