Cold beer is cool. I personally often feel peer pressured into taking fancy drinks when we go out (being a girl.. kind of.. you know?). But when I get passed it, I get back to my good ol’ friend. Especially red ones, what about you?
I used to drink a local brand – VB (Victoria Bitter) which was marketed as a working class beer (‘a hard earned thirst deserves a good cold beer’) but did so, in retrospect, as an act of reverse snobbery. I shunned ‘boutique’ beers for the same reason. But I have since put all ego based concerns about how I am perceived to one side, and now really enjoy pale ales.
Coffee in the morning, Coca-Cola and Water in the afternoon.

I know that it sounds very un-artistic …. but I have to confess a weakness for cold beer.
