I don’t know if I should be happy, or feel sorry for you Carol Anne 😛 On one side, weird neighbours (and I should know, because I’ve had my fair share of them), they are very entertaining. But at times, they can be annoying… I guess there are always two sides to consider!

We had one girl who lived alone and had full on conversations with nobody. I learned to just play along.

I have a neighbour that just stands in their front yard. They don’t do anything just stand there.
