There are things that we used to do before the Pandemic…and then we stopped due to social distancing rules…and now we just are not interested in those things any more.
We stopped buying coffee from chain coffee shops – preferring the coffee we make at home. We don’t eat out at restaurants nowadays, preferring to cook for guests or to be guests in the homes of friends.
I think we are also much more focused on our work as volunteers…for so many reasons, one of which is realizing how much better life was when the commercial world shut down. Bliss.
