I don’t require much sleep at all. I am good with about 3-4 hours. I have always been this way. There is to much life to live and I don’t want to sleep it all away. 🙂 LikeLike Reply

I try to get a minimum of six, but I prefer seven or eight.

A lot of the very best nights haven’t involved a lot of sleeping at all.
