The innocence of just being a kid.
No major worries, no bills, no real stress. Just being a kid was adventurous and the imagination was never stagnant. Just on a constant go mode. 🤗
Wasn’t it just fun to wake up, every morning?… Facing a new day of adventures. There’s still magic in my life, but I have to be on the lookout. Back then, it was just normal 😛
I can’t even imagine what it’ll be to go on without them… I still have both of them, and I am very grateful for that. Thank you for sharing, Laura 🙂
I did try and think of all the stuff I did in my childhood, like cycling everywhere, climbing trees, playing with toys, going to the park, but I still do that now
Being allowed to wear shorts all the time, play football, climb trees, get covered with mud, dirt and grass stains. Riding my bike for miles with all my friends.
My grandparents.

Yeah… I miss the vacation time we spent at their place. I was lucky to have very loving grand parents, and I am guessing yours were so too 🙂

Oh geez… can you imagine an adult life with no responsability? That would be sooooo nice. No bills, no going to work… *sigh*

Good one Mitch 🙂 When did adulting make us forget to dream big?

It’s too bad we don’t allow ourselves to be that free as the years go by… Maybe we just deny our right to be old kids? 😉

I actually don’t miss anything from my childhood. Not sure what that means but …

I think that’s pretty cool… It means that you are happy with who you are now 🙂 And that’s a good thing if you ask me!

😉 It’s a sweet thing, being a kid. Too bad we don’t listen to our parents when they tell us to enjoy it while it lasts… heheheh
